Re-Gravelling of Road (Ward 15)

Tenders are hereby invited in terms of Section 110 of the Local Government:
Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003 read with Clause 12d(I) of the uMlalazi Supply Chain Management Policy for the re-gravelling of a road in Ward 15 of the uMlalazi Municipality.

Tender documents will be available at the Municipal Offices in Butcher Street, Eshowe from 08 March 2012 at a cost of R 350.00. For further information contact the Senior Manager Engineering Services, Siza Mkhize during normal office hours on telephone number 035 - 473 3400.

Tender documents must be purchased prior to the briefing session and no tender documents will sold at the briefing session or on the day of the briefing session. Only tenderers with tender documents will be allowed to attend the briefing session.

A compulsory briefing session will take place on Thursday, 15 March 2012 at 10:00 am at the Premier Conference Centre, Municipal Offices, Butcher Street, Eshowe. Prospective tenderers must ensure that they are at the briefing session at the stipulated time and only 15 minutes will be permitted thereafter for admission. There will be no exceptions.
